History of the World Simulator A JavaScript based simulator for History of the World 9, a forum/web game. Simulates a full game using 3 distinct AI types. Written in 8 hours, during 2 days, this combines JavaScript and jQuery to create a simple, but fun to watch, Risk style game on the web.
Is It Out Yet? Website for receiving a notification by email when a movie and other media is released. Lead developer, creating the back end system, including security elements, data gathering code, database, and notification code. Coded in PHP and MySQL.
Gradebook Coded in PHP using an MVC design pattern, this project was designed to provide an online gradebook system for schools. The backend is written to heavily utilize PHP5 objects, and object oriented design patterns.
Real Living/HER Card Ordering Created for a client who wanted a business card store. Uses jQuery, PHP, MySQL, and HTML. Client later went with a different solution, hence the various ‘coming soon’ pages.
The Aftermath Effect Web game integrating AJAX and Javascript with XHTML and CSS. Backend is written in PHP and MySQL, and integrates into Simple Machines Forums for the user list and login/access privileges. The setting is the stereotypical post-apocalyptic future. Due to spam bots registering and the lack of art skills, the project has been put on hold.
Battle Royal Online Based off a book and movie from Japan, site will eventually allow users to create games and fight other users to the virtual death. Uses CSS, XHTML, PHP and MySQL back end, including a basic template system. See the “About” page for more information about the planned game.
